Three conferring ceremonies will take place on Thursday, 19 November 2026 in the Exam Hall, RCSI. Please find below the breakdown for each ceremony.

Graduations are a highlight in the RCSI calendar. It is a special and proud occasion for us to celebrate with you and your families and friends.

Conferring 1 – 11am

School of Medicine

School of Physiotherapy

• Honours Degree of Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy
• Degree of Master of Science in Neurology and Gerontology

Centre for Positive Health Sciences

• Professional Diploma in Positive Health
• Professional Diploma in Leading Workplace Health and Well-being
• Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Health Coaching
• Degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Positive Health Coaching

Conferring II – 2pm

Health Professions Education

• Postgraduate Diploma in Health Professions Education

School of Postgraduate Studies

Conferring III – 5pm

School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences

Online registration

Online registration will open in September and the link to register will be shared with all graduands at that time via their programme coordinators.

Academic dress hire

All graduates must pre-book robes with the official robe-makers, Phelan Conan Limited. Robes may be pre-booked online at phelanconan.com. The hire fee for non-booked robes is €50 and this can be paid by scanning our QR code when collecting robe.

Due to the implementation of a personal 3D secure password during the credit card payment process online, Phelan Conan Ltd staff are no longer able to take bookings over the phone. This has been created to protect your online payments and if you don’t already have a 3D secure password you can activate it by following the simple instructions during the booking process. If you experience any further problems with 3D secure process, please contact your bank.  

Cash will not be accepted. All gowns must be returned to Phelan Conan as soon as possible after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Photography

Lafayette Photographers will be located onsite throughout the Conferrings to take professional individual and family portraits. Please visit their website to pre-book. Pre-booking is highly recommended for your photography session. 

Live stream

A live stream of the conferring ceremony will be available for friends and family to watch around the world. The stream will be available via the RCSI Dublin homepage.
