Do you want to become a biological data scientist? Learn more about the new and exciting discipline of precision medicine; RCSI’s MSc in Technologies and Analytics in Precision Medicine is an innovative programme that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to personalise the diagnosis and treatment of patients and much more.

Developed in conjunction with industry partners, the programme is delivered by RCSI faculty and industry experts, who are leaders in the fields of precision medicine, computational biology, bioinformatics, data analytics and AI and machine learning.

RCSI will host an onsite open event on Saturday, 7 November 2026 from 12–1pm for September 2027 intake. This in person event will take place on the RCSI campus in Dublin city centre.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop an understanding of the modules completed during the programme including genetics, genomics and precision medicine, data analytics and computational biology, connected healthcare and, innovation and leadership.
  • Learn about the programme key information, including dates, funding options, eligibility criteria etc.
  • Meet with senior RCSI lecturers and ask questions about the programme and career prospects following graduation.
