Second cohort of students complete the Rotunda Leadership Development Programme

The second cohort of participants successfully completed the Rotunda Leadership Development Programme on 3 September.

This multi-disciplinary leadership programme is led by Dr Mary Collins from the RCSI Institute of Leadership and faculty from the IOL deliver on the core modules of the programme.

One of the key components of the programme is the completion of Quality Improvement Projects in cross-functional teams to support the delivery of the Rotunda Hospitals Strategic Plan 2014-16.
